Definitions and Interpretation

The key terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — refers to the dkwin1 website and all associated mobile or digital services.
• "Account" — a registered user's personal gaming account.
• "Funds" — real money (BDT) deposited into a user's account.
• "Bonus" — additional money or benefits provided for promotional purposes, usable subject to specific conditions.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds into dkwin1: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Funds deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• All applicable wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus (total balance ৳2,500); or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus (total balance ৳20,000).

The wagering requirement before withdrawing this bonus is 25 times (25x).

General Terms for Bonuses

• Bonuses may only be used once — they cannot be claimed a second time by the same person, household, IP address, or device.
• The maximum bet amount per wager placed with bonus funds must stay within the limit set by dkwin1.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Additional terms may apply separately to various promotional offers.
• dkwin1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If an attempt is made to collect bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be terminated.

Gaming Rules

Various types of games are available on the dkwin1 platform — slots, fishing games, arcade, cricket betting, and live casino. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in detail within the game interface.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, dkwin1 reserves the right to refund the bet amount.
• The result recorded on the game provider's server will be considered final.
• If a technical error occurs in any game or round, dkwin1's decision will be final.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet amount will be refunded.

VIP Program

dkwin1 has three VIP levels for regular players: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each level — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold. You can advance to higher levels through continued active play.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkwin1 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or false information.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or promotional offers.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Colluding fraudulently with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Assisting minors (under 21) in using the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

dkwin1 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of the Terms has occurred.
• False information has been provided.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• KYC verification has failed.
• A security risk has been identified.

Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All eligible funds can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
